Per the virus it is SOOOOO SIMPLE AND SOOO AGAINST THE DRUG INDUSTRY PROFITS that keep Gov in its harnesss.
VITAMIN C, D, SELENIUM, ZINC. DONE DEAL. NO PROCESSED OR FRIED FOODS to leap to the next level of health maintainance. But then when you recommend nutritionals the FDA says you are “practicing medicine”. As if modern medicine’s approach for chronic disease was worth much in the first place.
And you swim upstream against the paid by big pharma fear mongering press.
The RIGHT LEFT stereotypes are too simplistic and loaded with ambiguity and emotion to be clear, accurate and time or timing sensitive, year after year, decade after decade. Human values need to be articulated repeatedly side by side with political expediency and agenda.
Due to the major economic waste of the lockdown, I, like many progressives, am leaning more to the right but only in taking personal responsibility and taking simple supplements that will stop the virus in its tracks.
Lately, the left feeds TOO MUCH on weakness and victimization. I agree that Bernie is too much that way by omitting personal responsibility, but we do need insurance for all and to take the profit out of health care. His focus on changing the institutions infested with the cancers of our entire political/economic/social system is right on. But how? The politics come in regarding red states opening up: rational risky but it is just a flu folks and economy way better versus – blue states keeping everyone “safe” sheltered at home, zero risk, zero money, no immune system development, the government knows best for the common good, economic risk of disaster and massive death and destruction.
The spending is crazy, but without it we probably have a depression whereas over time we can pay off the debt via taxable inflation and shrinking buying power as well as bring back industry and jobs to USA and still keep a military peace with China.
God help us find the balance in this mess.
